Frank and I go way back. I attempted to treat his psoriasis when we had little in the way to offer him. In the early days, treatments were not always that successful nor long lasting. But he never was discouraged. Since I had reduced my hours in the office, my associates took over his care and from what they related to me, he finally experienced fairly good results. We always had time to chat on various topics---sports, politics, current events. He never complained about his skin condition and took everything in stride. He was a model patient and I enjoyed his presence-- together we collaborated on his care.
My deepest sympathy goes out to his family.

I remember Frank as an excellent teacher, great coach and tough competitor. More importantly he was an outstanding person. The kids loved him. Well liked and respected by everyone who knew him, he'll be sorely missed but not forgotten.

The Belmont Family lived on North Elmwood when I was a very young child. I spent many days playing at their home and around the neighborhood. I also worked with Frank at Waukegan West HS as a teacher and on the coaching staff. Frank was a great teacher, coach and fine gentleman. Bless the memories he has left for us to remember him with.
