My heart is with all of you in Amie's family, especially her children and her parents. I was blessed to have Amie grace my life for a little over two years. My personal loss is only mitigated by my gratitude for all she gave me. I pray that all of you who were so close to her can take some consolation in what a rare and beautiful soul she was, and always will be. This is so very, very hard. With love and prayers and thanks.
My deepest condolences to Laya and Henri. This is a truly tragic death. Monica Schwartz
I met Amie through a mutual friend when I first moved to Oakland. She was a lovely, lively, loving person and her loss is a terrible blow. My heart goes out to her children and all who loved her.
My deepest condolences to Amie's family and friends. Amie was a great help to me when I faced my own loss. She will never be forgotten.
