Dear Mary: I was shocked and saddened to just find out about Hu---he was an old, wonderful friend that I'd known since Camp Nebagamon days---there's small carved paddle on my bookcase with his name and 10 others from the senior cabin there dated 1947! And I knew you and the rest of your family from Green Lake beginning in the early 40's --wow.
If you ever get to Albuquerque to visit your son, please let me know as I would like to come down there and visit with you (I also have a daughter and family living there).
My condolences to you and your children Frank
Mary, Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
Thinking of you Mary and your family. Peter loved Hubert so much as did I. I am not a very religious person..but maybe they are together..A comforting thought. When I return to AZ let us get together often. Much love, Fran
Dr. Allen's excellent diagnostic skills allowed my mother to be treated early, and live longer than she would have if he had not been involved in her care. Our family will always be grateful to him, and for his warm and friendly manner.
May God give you strength during this time and may his strength lift you up when you are down for he gives comfort to all. ..Matthew 5:4
My condolences to the Allen family on the loss of Dr. Allen. He was a wonderful first boss for me and my mom always enjoyed working for him. And of course working with Mary was always wonderful. Peace and love to all. Marc Bear
To the family, please accept my condolences for your loss. May you draw close to God during this difficult time. James 4:8
