I was saddened to hear of Jack's death. I worked with him briefly at Argonne National Laboratory in 1987. He was a very nice man and good co-worker. He always had a great story to tell of the old days! God Bless you Jack and your family!
Your whole family will be honoring your life this coming Saturday. I'm so excited about sharing our love for you.
I will certainly miss you Uncle Jack. You truly were a Great Uncle.
Dear Aunt Wilma, Laura, Jim, Mary and John,
We hope that happy memories and the love of family and friends will help to ease the pain you now feel. Someone once said that we never lose the people we love, not even to death – our love for them will keep the alive in our hearts forever. Uncle Jack will always have a special place in our hearts.
With our sympathy to you all.
Love, Karen and Ken
Our family has lost the last of the "Greatest Generation" with your passing. What great man you were Uncle Jack! You defined Tom Brokaw's description in every way. You will be missed and will always be loved.
Love, Diane and Cliff
As much a father to me as my own. I will miss him greatly. I will save a place for him at dinner -sausage and peppers! I miss his commenting on my guitar playing. He was always honest, never condescending, and always said what he truly believed. Old school - but not old at heart. With Love, Zack
Thanks to the man who inspired and taught the one I love to be such a good man, such an amazing guitar player and a wonderful father. There is a hole in our lives with you gone.
Thank you for all of the life lessons you passed along to me. You are a very wise man. I will miss your hug, your smile, and even your disapproving glare. I love you Daddy. ~Mary
