Jerome "Jerry" Bender, 84; husband of Doris, nee Wolf; father of Jan (Boyce) Carsella, Lisa (Steven) Dunkley, Scott (Elaine) Bender and Susan (Wayne) Doversberger; grandfather of seven; brother of June (Arnold) Steinberg, Elliott and Alan (Debbie) Bender; uncle of many. Chapel service Monday 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
