I just read about Heather's death in the JUF news. I know what a close knit family you have and I'm am so very sorry for your loss. Heather was a wonderful babysitter for Zachary and Samantha and I know that she was a true treasure for the Jewish community. May her memory be for a blessing.

Dear Kornick Family,

I knew Heather at university and she was always so positive and brought so much laughter to our sorority house. She was always kind to everyone and would always help anyone in need of a hand. She was such a lovely person and I was blessed to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I only met Heather a couple of times. She was our neighbor around the corner. I feel that it was our loss in not getting to know her better in the short time she lived here. Our condolences go out to the family. I have a daughter almost Heather's age and can't even imagine how hard this must be. I am dropping off a tea bread at Heather's tomorrow. I didn't want to intrude on the family this weekend. E. Forster
