Melinda and Allison,

Our prayers are with you during this time. Your mom is at peace with your Dad and will be watching over you.

The Jenkinson ( Lou Ann Hudek)
April 3, 2013
What will I remember most about my mom? Everything! I am going to miss Sunday dinners, I am going to miss your advice, I am going to miss my best customer, I am going to miss your laugh and smile. I am going to miss you, my mommy. It is going to seem strange to anyone reading this, but most do not know or understand. I have been missing you for the last couple of years and I am happy that you and Daddy are back together. Together forever, the way is it supposed to be. I know your heart was broken when he left us, and now you can be happy again. I have to imagine your smile when you got to see him and your mom; I know you missed her too. You are the most courageous person I know. Your survived child birth and had the courage to try again until you had two little girls you could bring home. You survived raising those two little girls. You went back to work, but only after you knew your little girls were ready and able to take care of themselves. You survived breast cancer, survived Daddy being sick; you survived my sometimes very stupid mistakes. You survived. I want to thank you for bringing me into this world, for loving me and standing by me when I did the stupid things I did. You taught me to love unconditionally, to stand up for what I believe in and to make a difference in the world. I will do my very best to do these things, this is my promise to you. Because of you, I am confident that Alison and I will survive also. I love you and I always will.
