Prisca R. Gonzalez (nee Rojas) of Berwyn, Il, passed away peacefully after a long illness on November 22, 2015 in the presence of her family. Prisca was born in Puebla, Mexico on January 11, 1934. She immigrated to Chicago in 1963. A sweet lady, she retired from Tootsie Roll in 2000. Prisca was the Beloved and devoted wife of Enrique Gonzalez. daughter of Gonzalo Rojas and Josefa Huesca. She is survived by Enrique, and her eight children: Judith (Bernard); Enrique Jr.(Isabel); Alberto (Arminda); Rosalia; Francisco (Elizabeth); Jose (Guadalupe); Dulce (late Samuel); and Gabriel (Janet). She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, her sister Maria Elena, and many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her family and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 24, 2015 at Woodlawn Funeral Home 7750 West Cermak Road Forest Park, from 3:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Mass 10 AM Wednesday November 25, 2015 at St. Odilo Parish 23rd. and East Ave., Berwyn. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Info 708 442-8500 or www.woodlawnchicago.com.
