To the family of Helen, my condolences, and thoughts, go out to you and yours. My most fond memory of Helen, is the time I drove Helen, and her friend Helen S. to the Scotish Festival at the Fort. We had a great time, walking around and some people were surprised at the 2 different accents of the senior ladies, correcting the persons talking Gaelic. Plus carrying the flag of Scotland about the Fort, with Yaes, and whoops, when the pipes and drums began to sound off. These 2 ladies together were so much fun.

Archie Cathie and families

So sad to hear of the loss of your mom! She always felt like family to me! She was such a larger than life person! You knew when Helen was in the room! Her and my mom and Auntie Evelyn and Auntie Kay shared many wonderful fun times at their house parties at camp and at the dances! She always greeted me warmly with a big hug! Although the last couple years I hadn't seen her out and about I remember seeing her frequently out with Cathie! What a blessing to have her for 90 years! She always talked about her grandchildren and asked about my dad and brother! She will be missed by many! Wish 'd had a chance to say goodbye!
