This sudden passing is so heartbreaking to me, I can only imagine how the Shoppel family is feeling, and pray that they can find the strength and peace in knowing he is now their angel watching over them from above.I feel like I can go on and on about Charlie. For the past 9 yrs I have worked at Keystone, I will never forget the daily phone calls and messages from Charlie. When he was in Greenridge, and then when he came back and worked at the Exeter A&A. He always thought of his special orders girls. Called the 2 of us Charlie's Angels. Now, he's an angel to us. Such a kind and loving man. Always thought about us, every Valentine's Day he would bring us a big bag of Swedish Fish, or if I had to stop in during the work day he would insist on taking lunch back to work for myself and Mary. My work day will never be the same without hearing "Hi ya doll" or "Amber, listen" Conversations from car parts to lobster. Definitely one of a kind. Until we meet again Charlie XOXO

I am disappointed and shocked to hear about the passing of Charlie. I only met Charlie a couple of times but saw in him a man of pure heart. There is a deep sorrow in my soul to hear the news. My sympathy to his family and friends.

My heart is breaking for the entire Shoppel Family on Charlie's sudden passing. He was and always will be a shining star in the heavens above. May you all find the strength to get though this difficult time and know you have lots of support and love around you. He was such a cheerful kind soul. Always smiling. He may have been taking too soon from you but know his memories will live forever and can never be taken away from you. Love to you all.
