My prayers are with Family and Friends. I started working at First National Bank in 1975 and I remember Marmie because she dressed so nice and was so friendly and she moved fast!!! I thought she was beautiful inside and out! Wow what a sense of humor, she was always fun. Business was professional and no mistakes! I will miss Marmie! The One and Only Marmie!

This may appear random, but I believe it goes to show just how special of a person Marmie was. Truly one of a kind.

I am Marmies Dental hygienist and I was lucky enough to see Marmie every 3 months for the past 4 years. She always did such a great job taking care of her teeth that her appointment took only about 15 minutes. But we still spent the entire hour, and sometimes more just catching up. She always knew she was my favorite patient. Not only because she was my first patient to refuse to see anyone else, but because we could laugh a lot during that hour appointment. Marmie gave me the most special card Ive ever received from a patient wishing me luck on the arrival of my baby girl in June. I could not wait to see Marmie to show her pictures, I know we would have had many good laughs.

I feel its also important Carol and Robert know just how dearly she spoke of you both. She was sure glad to have Robert around to help her through some of her appointment consultations, and she always knew she could count on you two to help her whenever she needed. Even through the distance. She always looked forward to her trips to see you, and would always come back talking about how good of a time she had. Precious memories to keep. You two were VERY special to Marmie.

Marmie, its hard to find the right words, but I know youll be one of the most special angels up there. You are missed so VERY much. XXOO

Marmie was an extraordinary person. I am so happy that I could be her high school classmate.

Marmie and I worked together at First National Bank in Topeka about 1968. She was so professional and a classy lady. Blessings to her.

Marmie and I were childhood friends playing with dolls and taking piano lessons from the same teacher starting at age 5. We played duets many times together through the years at recitals. Among her many talents, she had such a gift musically. By high school she was playing the organ at the church. I will always treasure my memories we created together as children.
In our hearts, she will live forever.
