Paul,

Your mother was a wonderful woman with whom I shared all of my greatest memories with. From talking about moments as Chi Omega sisters, gentlman callers, buying each other owl memorabilia and her succes as a true southern woman there wasn't a topic that didn't come into conversation. I will truly miss visiting her and talking for hours, for she becamse a best friend and mother to me along with being a true friend to my great grandfather and family. Thank you Paul and I love you Mrs. Maxwell

Love,

Alli

Both your mother and my father were keepers(as they say about great loved ones),Your mother (like my father)has left you with a vast inheritance. Of course, I don't mean money and valuables. I mean you have the lilting sound of her voice through song and laughter and her sense of humor. You have her kind yet honest way of speaking from the heart. You've been left her gift of expressing strong postive attitudes which she softened by an amazing amount of graciousness. The best thing to do with your inheritance is to enjoy it then give it away. So I encourage you to pull out all the stops, enjoy your special heritage, and then when you're ready, discover the joy and satisfaction of passing on those gifts to loved ones. Paul you will always miss your mother, but being her son and knowing her made you rich beyond words. We have both been blessed with our parents and their extraordinary love! I loved her like my father, he called her a TRUE Southern Lady.
