Ethel Sumrall Hill, 86, died Thursday Nov. 22, 2012. Funeral services will be 3:00pm Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012 from the chapel of Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home, Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will 1:00pm till service time. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Hill was a Charter Member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. When she and her husband Haman Hill moved to Lake Lorman they joined Twin Lakes Baptist Church where her husband was a deacon, and she taught Sunday school. They were very involved in all church activities. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, traveling and loved all of her nieces and nephews as her own children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sisters, two brothers and her God son Bradley Paul Boatner.
Survivors include her sister, Gwendolyn Robbins, of Brandon, MS and brother, Charles Ray Sumrall, of Scott County.
Memorials may be made to Twin Lakes Baptist Church, Ridgecrest Baptist Church, or the Bradley Paul Boatner Memorial Scholarship Fund through the Miss Baptist Foundation.

She was so dear to me. I loved Aunt Mae Mae and Uncle Hammond so much. She will forever hold a special place in my heart. I am so glad that my children got the chance to know and love her also.
