My Mom Watched Dale Robertson On Death Valley Days Many Years Ago. In The 1960's And The 1970's
Peace and comfort be with Dale's family. We enjoyed meeting Dale at the Roy Rogers-Sons of the Pioneers in Branson in late 90's. My husband was so excited as he has watched many of his tv shows.
I was associated with Dale and Haymaker Farm in the late 1970s. We shared many meals at Yukon Mining Company and he would never let me buy. One day I told him I wasn't going unless I could pay. His reply was "When you go with me, Pard, I buy." So I didn't go that day. I later realized how much I missed his company, so I started going again (and he still wouldn't let me buy). If you look up 'honest man' in the dictionary, you will see a picture of Dale. Even though he was a great actor, he was very down to earth. I'm sure I saw all his movies more than once. We all lost a great friend. My condolences to the family. "See you later, Pard."
To the Robertson family-May you be surrounded by love and peace at this very sorrowful time. His fans will always remember this gentle man. A fan
Prayers for the family. I watched him in his westerns all the time when I was a kid. A thanks for his service to his country. He will always be remembered.
My deepest condolences to his family. I will remember him and cherish the opportunities of each time I can see him again and again on the big screen. "Until we meet again". ......Joann Jackson
