So sorry to hear about your beloved husband Bernie. My thoughts go out to you and your family
We were saddened to learn that Bernie had passed away, but thankful for the fond memories we have of him - easy to talk with, always a good story or two, obvious love for his family, and a gentleman. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the Hearer of prayer at this time. Psalm 65:2

We were so saddened to here of the loss of our dear friend, Bernie. Also, father of our wonderful daughter-in-law, Marilee.
We had such a memorable trip to Italy with him and Lee. He added such sweet, light hearted moments to every day. We remember sitting in gondolas floating in Venice as if it were yesterday. He disappeared in Verona for a while and later turned up with huge 12" ice cream cones for all. After we stopped laughing, we had a feast! :) After that nourishment, Bernie could prop the leaning tower of Pisa all by himself. He joined in with the italian songs on our bus rides across that beautiful country. He was an adopted Italian Paesano who joined right into the dancing and singing clubs there. He will be missed so much.

I will miss Bernie's beautiful smile. He was always grateful when I would visit him in the morning during my rounds. He made the world a better place.
