Mr. Acela was the most wonderful person at Arrowhead Elemenarty. He was so kind and gental with all the children, always a smile and an understanding word. His passing will leave a large hole in the community but great memories and an example of how to live life.

To the Acela family..we called him Ed.1970-1973...never saw him ever not smile.. or say Hi..in 6th grade had the honor putting the flag up evevy morning and when class was out..it was Eddie who taught me how to do it right..R.I.P. Ed...
Friday nights will never be the same without your smiles, jokes, wisdom, and laughter.
Thank you for being a role model, hero, and all around amazing person.
I know you will be looking down and sending guidance to "the boss" as he works on the house. If you and Gran can send a little knowledge about taking care of the lawn, flowers, and garden along the way ... Well, that would be great too.
Forever your loving grand daughter.
May these words strength you at Proverb 3:5,6 Trust in Jehovah with all your heart and do not lean upon your own understanding. In all your ways take notice of him, and he himself will make your paths straight. Sarah Watson JW.
I remember Mr. Acela as the custodian at Arrowhead. He was the sweetest, nicest man and loved all the kids like they were his own. I ran into him a few years ago and didn't think he would remember me, he saw thousands of kids during his career and it had been over 30 years since I was at Arrowhead, but he remembered me. I was amazed. He was one of my favorites there. I will always remember him with a smile. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. He will be missed.
