I had the pleasure of seeing Frank almost everyday while I worked at City hall. He was a great man and always had a great sense of humor. It was great getting to know him.

He was such an amazing man. So sorry for your loss. I worked at the mall when I was young and he became a good friend and a role model.

I will always treasure the talks and laughs I had with Frank while working at Parmatown Mall.

My dad, Ray Malley, worked with Frank in the Parma Detective Bureau and they became lifelong friends. This allowed me the luxury of knowing Frank for practically my entire life. He has always been the definition of a true gentleman and genuinely caring human being. I will miss the comfort of "just knowing he is there." My sincere condolences to Scott and Dave and families.

I had the pleasure of working with Frank at Parmatown Mall in the 70's and 80's. We had such fun there--he was the mastermind of many pranks that helped us keep our sense of humor.

He was always a man of great integrity and honor and I am proud to have called him my friend.

Frank always exhibited a professional attitude and deportment both on and off duty. He was the consummate professional police officer and role model. Rest in peace Frank as you have finished your tour of duty.

Dear family,
Your dad and I worked at Parma Hospital together volunteering at the Information Desk. It was a grand reunion as we both grew up on Orchard Avenue. It was such a pleasure getting to know your dad again. Have comfort knowing he was an awesome person and a great friend to all.
