My dad sat next to Mrs. Musial at the 1956 All Star Game in D.C. She took the program home, had Stan and Ted Kluszewski sign it, and mailed it to me. It was extremely kind of her. I still have it and one signed by Stan in 1962. Thank you again Mrs. Musial. RIP.

"My brother & I were about 10 & 12 when we moved to a new house in St. Louis Hills. We soon found out that Stan Musial lived very close and we rode our bikes over to their house, rang the doorbell and though we were disappointed Stan was not at home, Mrs. Musial asked us if we were neighbor boys and then proceeded to give us each a baseball. She was a wonderful woman and Stan's better half. We will never forget that moment in time...ever. May she rest in peace."
