Frances Josephine Pell

Fran was born February 20, 1924 in Chamberlain South Dakota and entered into Heaven January 28, 2013 in Lincoln Calif., surrounded by her loving family and her devoted pets.
She is proceeded in death by her loving husband, Joe Pell. She met the love of her life during World War II where they both served in the military. Fran and Joe were married for 65 years.
Fran was one of nine children. She loved her family and was a devoted mother and wife. She had five children of her own which included two sets of twins; Bruce (Jeanine), Bryan (Clara), Bill, Dennis (Ruth), Denise, and Max (Mary) her adopted son.
Fran was very proud of her 37 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Fran spent her time painting and tending to her plants. She had a true green thumb.

Service to be held this Spring. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sutter VNA Hospice. A Celebration of life will be held at her daughter's home on April 20, 2013.
