Well, POND family,Ive only met Jeannie, but, I feel as though, Ive met you all. "Rep"Pond and I used to swap family stories,without even knowing it sometimes.Even as my employer (so to speak), we were also friends.I use to fuss at her about leaving her purse out in the open in our busy little office!!! I could on and on,,vacation to relax pain-free! Gone in the flesh,,,but so very much HERE,in SPIRIT!! She will forever remain ALIVE in my heart..We will all miss her,but,happy to...

Mrs Pond will be greatly missed by several faucets of the community.....The Political community and the education community....She was my daughters Kindergarten teacher and helped me with her in so many ways after she graduated kindergarten...and for that she will always hold a special place in my heart...I went to her later in the school years of both of my children and she was always willing to help with issues....a great woman was lost, but a greater angel she is now!!! Grace, kindness, compassion, courage of her convictions all come to mind when remembering Phyllis. She truly had the interests of others above herself. I always appreciated her candor, good humor, and willingness to share her time. I always remember her fondly. Rep. Pond made Indiana and her world a better place. She serves as a shining example for all of us. She will be missed.

Mrs. Pond Was An Amazing Woman! She Did Such Good For The Community And State. She Was My KindergarEn Teacher! Favorite One By Far! Im 25 She Taught Two Generation Of Our Family!
