BILL R. COONROD

Bill R. Coonrod, 82, passed away July 9, 2017. He was born in Vancouver, WA to Robert and Helen Coonrod.
Bill was a General Contractor and the owner and founder of CC&N Enterprises. He was a member of Local 36 Heat and Frost Insulators for over 40 years.
Bill was a lifelong outdoorsman. Some of his passions in life were fishing, hunting, boating, camping, and gardening.
Many good times were had with family and friends up at his cabin on Swift Reservoir, enjoying boating, hiking, Mushroom or Huckleberry picking. He recently fulfilled a lifelong dream, by fishing in Alaska.
Bill is survived by his wife, Linda; children, Denise (Tom) McDonald, Terry Wieber, Deana (Steve) DeGrande, Craig Coonrod, Robb Nunn and Brian (Michelle) Coonrod; siblings, Roberta Helen and David; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Roy and Bob; and sister, Christine.
Services will be held Friday, July 21, 2017 3 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 1101 NE 112th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98684.

Always enjoyed talking to Bill. He was so full of energy, loved laughing with him and hearing about his adventures, such a zest for life. I had great admiration for his mentorship to Brady. Deep condolences to the family.
