Mr. and Mrs. Bridges, My name is Mary Francine Patterson. I was just typing friends names into the internet to try and communicate and I found Chiquita and that wonderful smile. Chiquita, Jessica Lynn Johnson, and I were the three amigos of Porter Elementary. My sincere sympathy is extended to you and your family. God Bless you.

I love this woman of GOD, I often wondered how she was doing. This morning , I looked in the paper and there is her beautiful smile. Chiquita helped us with the purchase of our first home in 1992. She was so nice guiding us through the process. She was a wonderful realtor. When she first realized we really liked the home, she really encouraged us by saying, Just tell GOD thank-you!

Bless her entire family.

To the Brown Family. I am deeply sorrowed about the lost you endured. Please keep GOD first and be there for each other.

Chic,
There were so many more things that I had to tell you. There were more stories that you had to tell me. Although we only talked about once or twice a year, I will always remember the days at Lincoln University. I will remember you as my best friend. You have been my friend down "through the years". Remember your "surprise" birthday party in the dorm room? Remember how you used to quote Shakespeare? I will never forget you! God's Blessings to Kelly, Bruce and Jinger and the grandkids. My prayers are with Mr. & Mrs. Brown. Chic never failed to express her deepest love for you. GOD be with you until we meet again!
