He was a talented and compassionate man with a very promising future ahead of him. However, in those final moments of his thirty-one years, he died alone in a hotel room, another life lost to the horrors of addiction.
There is sorrow felt by his family, Lea, friends, and countless fans. Yet, we can pray that his death will be a catalyst for those struggling with addiction to seek lasting sobriety and to help parents talk frankly to their children about the terrible consequences of drug abuse.
