I learned of Mr. Bell's passing last night, I was very saddened. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bell during his dinner at Marina Bay, he was a very humble servant and would have done great things for the city of Richmond. Praying for continued strength for the family.

To Mrs. Bell and the entire Gary Bell family. I've known Gary for 40 years. We attended Heights high school together along with his sister Gail and brother Anthony and the younger ones to follow. We worked together at Wyatts Cafeteria, that seems like a 100 years ago but did we have fun. Gary and I were on the track team together and he was quite the athlete.
He was a very kind, funny and intelligent person.
I was at a City counsel meeting last week when the Mayor announced his passing. It was said that Gary was the youngest counselman to ever serve in wichita, KS.
Gary Rest in Peace my brother and you will be missed on this side.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I worked with Gary through his asset building projects at Co-op FCU. He was such a great spirit and champion of innovative work - all with kindness and integrity. I am grateful to have known him. He will be missed.

Shelly - I had the pleasure of knowing Gary back in the 80's when we served on the Orchard Park CPO. I last saw him when he went on to win City council office at his party at the Broadview Hotel. I am certainly saddened to hear of your loss and I've thought of him often. God bless your family.

Gone much to soon, Is what said to often about those who have crossed over. But in Gay's case to soon was just that...to soon! We are all better off for knowing Gary, and we are all worse off because his best work was yet to be done.

In the Bond my dear Kappa Bother!
