Fern and family,
Edna called and told me of Bill's passing. Most of what I remember of him was from what Mom would tell me. From that I know he was a great guy. I do remember that one of my favorite things to do when I was little was to visit your family in Twin Falls. Bill was always so kind and always had a smile on his face. Love to you all, Barbra (Jean)

I am so sorry to hear of your grandfather's passing. He had a lot in common with my dad, who passed away last year. They both were born in 1924 and served in the army. My prayers are with you.

Fern and family, My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. I love this poem from Mary Frye. It says it all. "Do not stand at my grave and weep;
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there, I did not die."
