Peggy was a warm, generous and FUN woman. So sorry for your loss. She gave so much love and light to our communities, friends, and family.. She is someone you can never forget. I worked with her while I was on staff at Delta 2000 and she was our Board president at one time, I believe. Heaven definitely got an angel!

I will always remember the whole Nichols family coming to baseball game after baseball game whether Glenn was on the team or not. Peggy was in Kinston, NC with the 1984 team at the Nationals when Glenn was a coach. My condolences to you, Debbie and Glenn. She was a wonderful person and left us too soon.

Debbie, Glen, Kate, Thomas and Mrs. Staker,
My heart goes out to you at this time. Peggy was my boss at the Lions Blind Center and my good friend. She taught me so much about appreciating and enjoying our work as we had fun while working. I enjoyed our lunches and shopping together after retirement. No matter what her challenges she overcame and enjoyed life to the end. She was so proud of both of her children and shared many of their accomplishments. She also dearly loved and enjoyed her grandson, Thomas. I hope the love of family and friends comfort you at this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I will miss Peggy and will always remember the wonderful times we had together.

Alas, a dear friend is gone. She met and conquered a lot these past years. Debbie and Glenn, she loved you with all of her heart. Till we meet again, dear friend.
Love, Terry Gessler
