I want to thank you, Mr. Dennis, for all your excellent teachings. You were THE BEST ! I, too, was one of the members of your Knuckle Head Club. Adding your wit to your teaching made learing so much easier. God Bless you Mr. Dennis and Rest In Peace.

Thank you Mr. Dennis for being such a wonderful teacher. You and Mr. Gladstone were my very favorite teachers. I was a student of your's in 7th grade(1965-1966) at Garreton grammar school in Rodeo. 7th grade was a hard year for me as my father had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. You paid a little extra attention to me in knowing that. You made my days full of smiles with your humor and knuckle head club. I never struggled in your class because you made learning easy and fun. Your son Jeff and I would write each other little notes and we even sent a photo of ourselves to one another. This was all your doing of course because you knew it would also be a fun distraction from the reality of my home life going on at the time. It saddens me I never did get to see you again after those young years in school. You were never forgotten though. My condolences to your family. Rest in peace Mr Dennis.

My favorite teacher ever! (Garretson graduating class of '66). I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. He challenged us to learn but made it fun. He was a large part of my decision to commit my career to education. What a great mentor. He'll forever be remembered.
