I grew up listening to the Ohio Players. They are awesome! "I Want To Be Free," will always be my favorite. Growing up in a remote area, The Ohio Player's was a band I've always wanted to see in concert!
May God Bless

In total shock, I was just listening to the Ohio Players early music from their Westbound Years. Pain, Pleasure and Veree is Love.
My heart and prayers go out to his family, friends and fans.
God does no wrong and only He knows when it's time to come home to heaven.
May he Rest In Peace and may his family be at peace.
Never to be forgotten but forever will he be missed...

My sympathy goes out to the family and friends of Sugarfoot. We fans will always remember him and the music of the Ohio Players the badest band in the Land. God Bless you and keep you all.

I will never forget you, Mr. Bonner. Your band inspired me to become a drummer and a keyboadist. I met you once in Augusta, Ga.. I must say, I became an even bigger fan of the Ohio Players that day. RIP
