Tho a die-hard Braves fan, I have always admired this man not just because of his obvious talent, but because of his great attitude. His "Let's play two" approach, a la Ernie Banks, to the game and life in general struck an excellent chord with everybody. Also being a Pacer fan, I was at a game where Reggie Miller came out from the locker room at halftime to practice shooting 3-pointers long before anyone else was on the floor. He kept practicing until the buzzer sounded to start the second half. THAT was Stan the Man in baseball. My prayers go to the Musial family in this loss. Being a Christian, I honestly believe he is in a Better Place. God bless you. Tho my resources are limited, if there is anything I can do, please contact me at tdrewhardin@yahoo.com
