Even through all his pain Tom never complained, instead he remained positive and focused and continued to smile. His legacy and inspiration will live on forever in all of us who knew Tom.

My condolescences to his wife and son. I had the pleasure of playing baseball with Tom in the Mens Senior League. Tom was always a fierce competitor and great teammate. You could tell by how he played how much he loved life. He was always positive, upbeat and always going 110%. Tom came out this past spring and still ran around the field, hitting and catching just like he was before he became ill. He lived the oft-quoted phrase, " Live everyday like it is your last". I'm proud to have known and played with him. I'm sure he is legging out a triple now on the field of dreams.

From what I hear you are so much like Tom, a good person and liked by many. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. The family is lucky to have a part of Tom remain to love.
