I love you my precious Dylan. From the moment I met you, I knew you were special. I am so proud and honored that I brought you to school your very first day of kindergarten. My prayers and thoughts are with your brother Jake and your Mom and Dad. May you rest in peace and watch over all of us. Xoxoxo

I thought I heard children laughing,
in the pre-dawn light of day,
I slowly turned over and rubbed my eyes,
to clear the fading night away.
As I opened my eyes still blinking,
I saw a small child with a glow about her head,
smiling brightly as she turned and looked at me,
she was standing by the foot of my bed.
She said in a soft voice that they are all together,
and that they rose in the air on that day,
that they are with their favorite teachers,
And that they had something important to say.
She said that all the children wanted their mommies and daddies to know,
that they will be together again some day,
not to lose hope, and not to cry, that they wouldn't want it that way.
And then I saw in the shadows tall figures,
and one called her gently by name,
the figure told her that it was time to go,
and they both slowly turned away.
That's when I saw the wings on their backs, and my tears began to flow,
I rubbed my eyes, and saw them together holding hands,
and into the air they rose.
And as the sound of children's laughter began to fade away,
I turned over and blinked in the pre-dawn light, the light of a brand new day.
May God hold you tight and give you peace during this very sad time. My deepest condolences.

I ask that the Lord will draw near to you and your family. I ask that God will bring you through the pain and the loss. May God Bless your family. Heaven gained a sweet little angel. (I lived in CT until I was six, I was seven miles from sandyhook)
