Dear Daniel's Parents Roy and Caroline,
On behalf of the History Department at Fort Lewis College, I am shocked to learn about Daniel's passing. I am very sorry for your loss. Daniel was an extremely intelligent young man and a talented historian. In recent years, I had the pleasure of working with him in several classes. He will be missed in these halls. Warmly, Ellen L.
