Im heart broken to find in my search today to learn that my favorite aunt lucille has so recently passed. And that hatch has been gone for 5 yrs. I will miss them both along with all my other aunts and uncles who have passed on. Along wth my mother and father also. Cant believe we will never hear the sisters break into four part harmony ever again. Hearing them sing was a blessing.
I loved you aunt lucille! Im sorry for my cousins that you nolonger have your parents to love.

My dear Grandmommy, we already miss you very much. Thank you for sharing all of your love with our family through the years. Your wisdom, faith, charity, and common sense approach to life was always an inspiration to me. Even though distance made it difficult to see you and Grandaddy after Cindy and I moved to Northern VA, I always felt close to you. I have many happy memories of staying at your house in Farmington as a child and teenager, having you be at our wedding in VA Beach, and seeing you and Grandaddy at siblings weddings. Another fond memory is sitting around the table and listening to your wonderful stories that always taught us lessons about life. You often sent Cindy and me lovely cards with heartfelt written words. We always treasured getting mail from you. I am sorry that your last few years were such a struggle and torment for you, and know you are now at peace! We love you very much and ask you to pray for us. You will be greatly missed!
