Tom "E R" Donald Max Jr., 42, of Upper Fruitland, passed from this life on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013 in Shiprock. He was born Oct. 23, 1970 in Winslow, Ariz.
He is survived by his parents, Tom Sr. and Lorraine Max, of Upper Fruitland; his Sweetheart, Donna "Tiger" Clani; brother, Shaler Max; sisters, Karen McDaniel and Sharon Max.
He was preceded in death by his Auntie, Sarah Johnson; uncle Jimmie Johnson; paternal grandparents, Key and Alice Max; his best friend, Calvin "Cheeter" Chavez.
A visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 4, at Desert View Funeral Home.
A funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, at All Saints Episcopal Mission, 1271 Mission Ave. in Farmington.
Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Tom Jr. is in the care of Desert View Funeral Home, North US Highway 491 in Shiprock 505-368-4607
