Frances Balestrieri

Resident of San Pedro, Frances Balestrieri, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away April 9, 2018. She is survived by her loving husband Louie of 41 years this July; two sons, Neal (Jeanine) and Vince (Rebecca); 5 grandchildren and 1 on the way. She was born on October 6, 1943 in Ischia, Italy. Survived by siblings, Nicolina (Salvatore) Mattera, Anthony (Ana) Dileva and Pete Dileva; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was loved by all and will be missed. Visitation will be held April 11, 2018, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at McNerney's Mortuary, 570 W. 5th St. San Pedro, CA 90731 with a Rosary following at 7:00 PM. Mass on April 12, 2018, 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 1280 W. Santa Cruz St. San Pedro, CA 90732. Burial will follow at Green Hill Memorial Park, 27501 S. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your wife, mother, grandmother. She was very kind the few times I met her, and her passing was too soon. I believe that when you think of her or need her help, she will still be there for you. She is your angel.
