I am honored to have known Maureen Burt for over 20 years. I first met Maureen when she was active with the Women's Guild at San Pedro Peninsula Hospital. She was such a hard worker and tirelessly gave her all to the success of hospital projects. When I lost my son in 1998, Maureen was one of the first to contact me, sharing that she had lost not one, but two sons. Maureen will always have a spot in my heart. My deepest sympathies to Gene and the whole family for your loss.
