Reinhold A. Ullrich M.D.

Dr.Ullrich has been my doctor for 18 years and delivered both my children. When I moved here from Georgia, I was referred to Dr.Ullrich and I was told he was the absolute best. These words were so true. He took such good care of me and I loved his gentle and reassuring nature. Thank you for posting the pictures of your beautiful family. It's clear to see how close you all are. I am so sad to go to another doctor but feel fortunate he delivered both of my children. He was a true gem and one of a kind. Thinking of you all.

I am so saddened to hear of Dr. Ullrich's passing. He was my doctor for more than 30 years and he will be greatly missed. Such a gentleman and kind person. He was the only doctor I trusted with my care for so many years. My love and prayers go out to his family.

Dr. Ullrich was my Dr. for many years. Since 1957. A kinder person you would not find. I saw him last May for my annual check up. I will miss him,but will not forget him. My prayers go to his family.

I just learned of Dr. Ullrich's passing this Christmas. What a sad loss for those of us who knew him, and were privileged to be his patient. He delivered our daughter in 1980 and his quiet, reassuring manner saw me through a difficult delivery. He was a kind, humble man who lived life to the fullest and through many dimensions. I will never forget him and am profoundly saddened by this loss. My heartfelt sympathy to his family.

Dr Ullrich was a dear, dear man and friend of our family. He delivered my little brother almost 40 years ago and helped deliver my daughter this past January. He has been my and my mother's doctor for many years. He was always kind and I trusted whatever instructions he had for me. I am a runner myself so when I would see him, I would ask him what marathon he had just run or mountain he had climbed and we would take time to talk all about it. He was an inspiration. I will not forget this great man and will miss him.

My last visit with Dr. Ullrich was just this past July. At that time I mentioned to him that I hoped he wasn't thinking of retirement any time soon ~ a sentiment expressed by many of his patients, I'm sure. He grinned and patted my hand and said he would stick around as long as he was able. Not too long after that appointment I received the letter from him, informing his patients that, due to health issues, he would be leaving his practice. I felt sadness for him ~ and also myself! I have had a card sitting on my desk since then, to say thank you and to wish him well...and just today as I was checking online to find out where I could send the card, my heart sank when I read the word "obituary" after his name. I thought it must be a mistake, somebody else with the same name. I wish I had not hesitated in mailing the card earlier. So now to the good doctor I say thank you for your wonderful care over the years (30), and to his big, loving family and dear friends I say may your many memories bring comfort and smiles. Dr. Ullrich was a gift from above to this mortal world ~ and I feel so very blessed to have had him for my doctor. It was an honor and a privilege to know this man.

Dear Family overseas,

we will remember Reinhold as a kind and special man, warmhearted and generous! The time we spend in his home will be a memorable time for us, cause he showed us so many great things and we will be always grateful, that we could be a part of the family!
It is comforting to know, that he is now together with his love Nora and his brother Rolf!
We will never forget him!

I got the news late but wanted to add my praise for a truly wonderful physician AND human being! I hope his family finds comfort in all the messages from his patients. They are right--he was kind, compassionate, dedicated and very skilled. I feel lucky to have been one of patients for many, many years.

I just heard the news about Dr. Ullrich. I can't believe it. He's been my doctor for over 40 year. He delivered my three daughters and was my surgeon for three other procedures. My mother worked with him for many years and always said he was the best which is why she sent me to him when I was 18 for my first exam. I'm deeply sad that he is gone. He was a wonderful geltle man and will be geatly missed.
