Hal will always be missed in Kihei where he loved to spend time in the water with his grandson Bryson. He was a very nice man and we will miss him.

Dear Mr. Brunner,
You were a great 6th grade Math teacher. I will never forget the morning I broke my ankle on the way to school…I walked into your class and asked to go to the nurses office. You wanted me to wait until after my test! I couldn't. Next day I came in on crutches. You felt so bad, I could tell.
Must have been rough teaching Math to middle schoolers 40 years ago, but you made it seem so easy. A true gentleman.
