Ralph Hardin Obituary
Born Feb. 22, 1930, the Nipomo resident died Saturday following complications from open heart surgery, said Charles Bell, a retired Hawthorne fire marshal and longtime friend.
"He was one of the most intelligent men I've ever met," Bell said.
