Geri, your warm, caring manner and spontaneous sense of humor made everyone's day so much brighter. I enjoyed working with you at ReMax and have fond memories of those times and of you. You will be missed so much.

Scottie, Am sitting here in tears as I read your Mom's obit. I had no idea until today that she was gone - I haven't been able to figure out why she wasn't answering my emails & thank you notes. I knew that her pain was worsening but always kept my fingers crossed that each new doctor would be able to wipe out the ugly cancer from her beautiful body, soul and mind. She was always so UPBEAT! I'll be touch with you. Heaven will now get to enjoy some of Geri's perogies! Love & hugs from Jan

Mom,

Although you are gone in body, you will ALWAYS remain with me in mind and spirit. My greatest teacher always knew what I needed and what direction to send me in. I will keep you close to my heart and even closer in spirit. I will never forget the times we shared, bad or good and will relive them often as I think about you everyday. I never got to say "Good Bye" so I hope you know how much I loved you. May you finally be free from the pain and rest in peace. I love you Mom.

Your Son Scott

To Geri's surviving family:
I worked with Geri at Re/Max Traditions and became acquainted with her over the years. Found out she was born in the same city as myself in NY. She knew my Dad and some friends of his from NY that all ended up out here in Colo. Geri was a great entertainer, she really was a great cook and loved to make people happy by her serving them good eats. A giving person to all and just wanted to be treated kindly and loved. She had a lot of gifts that she shared with all of us....but most of all she loved her kids and family....I will never forget the day she made some friends of her's speedies at her house. One of my favorite NY dishes...I will be with her again in spirit someday...Goodbye see you later my friend!
