There's really no way to relate what Patsy's guidance did for me. She will always be a part of what I've done and what I've become. Thank you Miss Patsy! Love, Gerry Burkhardt

From the first class I took with you, Patsy, my life was forever changed. I call myself a dancer because of you and all that you taught and gave...Full Out!!! It was an honor and a thrill to be a member of your dance company. Because of you, when I did my first Broadway show, not only was I prepared, but I was in top form!!!!! You have given so many people such a gift! You were my favorite teacher of all time! No one has ever cared as much, and given as much! I will never forget! I love you forever!!!! To your family, my deepest sympathy. RIP Patsy. Love, Tracy Shayne

Patsy Swayze brought Beauty, Grace and Passion to any stage. Her work was a joy to behold. I used to watch her concert rehearsals from a wooden bench; the talents she fostered, the students she mentored, the exhilaration of motion and emotion in their most perfect form. It was her special gift. Her children she loved, her family she cherished, her friends she valued. She was a none-such and can not be replaced. We will remember her for all that she was.
