Never missed a day to sit in the front row of HumDev class that he taught. I was one of the few sophomores fortunate enough to enroll in a seniors class. He made sure I was comfortable amongst the rowdy crowd and had an amazing way of teaching HumDev. He attended the WHS Ten-year-class reunion last year; one of the few teachers that attended. He was a caring person who loved to be in the company of students. May the wonderful man rest in peace. My deepest sympathy to his family.......Class of 1976

Bruce was my colleague, my mentor, and my friend. As a teacher, he was inspiring, fair, and fun. Students in his Human Development classes will carry with them always the lessons he taught about life skills. Always a gentleman, he was a leader who cared about everyone. He loved his family. My thoughts and prayers to all of you. We'll all miss his hearty laugh and his kind, gentle demeanor.
