Chuck and I were good friends at the old Woodland High School. We lost track of one another for so very long, but recently reconnected. Chuck was a good man, a good friend, and he will be sorely missed. May the Lord comfort his family.

Am so sad to read of the passing of Chuck Winter. He and I attended Laugenour Grammar School in the 1950s. In fact I have a photo of us taken by the Daily Democrat for Valentine's Day in the late 1950s. I have wondered over the years what happened to him and Patty Marcum. There was usually only the three of us in our grade. I had no idea he was in Woodland all these years. So very sorry for your loss.

He was one of the best men I ever knew. He was loved so by his family and he cherished them. He will live forever in our hearts.

May you be comforted by the Savior in your loss. When Chuck lived by Cache creek and attended Laugenour school, I lived across the field on 113 and we were always playing at his house. I haven't seen him since high school, but just connected on face book after Christmas and we were going to do lunch when I got back from Utah. I'm sure Chuck is having a good reunion with family. RIP good friend.
