May God bless you and your family at this time and for ever more

My thoughts and prayers go out to Darrell's family. Each day Darrell made the world a little better. We were all blessed to know him. Rest easy Hammer. Continue to watch over us and guide us from above.

May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding be with Don, Anna, Leann and family as you face the days ahead. In the Salvation Army, when a child of God returns home we say that they have been Promoted to Glory.

Hi Leann,
Our thoughts are prayers are with you and your family. Your brother is a light in the darkness. He lives on in those who's lives were touched by his kindness.

It is with suprise and shock that I offer my condolences to the family of Darrell Northam.
I was his teacher and coach at Woodland High School.
Darrell's effort to the sport of cross country and committment to the team were legendary. In fact, his work ethic was honored by the initiation of the Hammer Award because Darrell "the hammer" Northam was the epitomy of hard work and effort. So every year that I coached after Darrell's tenure at WHS a dedicated cross country athlete received the Hammer Award.
As Darrell moved on to the Air Force and then back to Woodland to live and work, he kept in contact with me. His phone calls, pretty much on a weekly basis for the last couple of decades, were a testimony to the loyality that Darrell had for his school and his old coach. Gladly, a student became a good friend.
To those that remain, I wish you peace and fond memories of a fine man.
