I am so sorry to hear about your Mom... I've been thinking about her many times especially on June 21st but can't get of her...
I always cherish the few months I rented her room in Fairfax. She always boost herself as the "Hot Chick" when she was younger, such a fine woman...
She will be in my prayers.
David, I am so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. She was a wonderful woman and I too remember spending time at your home as a child and visiting with your mother. The childhood memories of all of us on Plane Avenue. My thoughst and prayers are with you and your family
I am so very sorry to hear of Erma's passing. I echo my sister Shelley's memories and remember spending a lot of my childhood with your family. I can still hear her wonderful laugh. I also remember cruising through town at night during Christmas looking at all the homes with lights and drinking hot chocolate with you and Erma. And picking almonds from your trees in the backyard. So many memories have come back to me this past week. She will never be far away.
David, I will always cherish the memories I have of your Mom and how loving and kind she was to me. I have lots wonderful memories of you and her going with us on many trips in California including Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Lake Tahoe.I always loved her laugh and will never forget her being a wonderful neighbor and friend of our family. She can now enjoy watching over her Granddaughters from Heaven
David & Family; All our love & sympathy in Erma's passing. She will be missed & remembered for all her caring & loving help for so many over the years. You are all in our prayers & thoughts.
Dave, I am so sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Am sure she thought I was one of her caregivers since she'd greet me saying, I am ready to go back to my room and get me closer to the bed and help me get in, always with a smile on her face. I miss walking into her dim lit room waiting for Erma to wake and smile. Now each time I sigh, I think of her and a tear escapes. Erma was a very special person never to be forgotten.
Dear David and Family,
Very sorry to hear about the passing of your mother, my dear friend and neighbor, Erma. She was something else! Always there to lend an ear and boy, could she make cookies! God Bless her and all of you,
David and Kira:
Our condolences to you and your family. Please keep us in mind if there is anything we can do to help.
