What a fantastic teacher this woman is! The joy of reading that she brought to me and likely thousands of other children! I loved her reading to us of "The Mouse and the Motorcycle" or any Judy Blum, Beverly Cleary books among others! God speed Mrs. Kregel, your life was a blessing to many children who are now adults who love to read!

Aunt Marilyn was a remarkable woman. She accomplished so much in her lifetime. I think one of her most notable achievements are her two children who have become loving companions to others and a positive influence to those around them. It's never easy to lose a parent. We will be there at her funeral.

Mrs. Kregel was my kindergarten teacher at Maxwell a very long time ago. She was my "everything" as she was a defining force in my life. I have very vivid, fond memories of my time in her classroom. RIP sweet lady.

Mrs. Kregel inspired a lifelong love of reading and writing in me all the way back in 3rd grade. I have always considered her my absolute favorite teacher. Rest In Peace!
