Dear Family,
I too will miss seeing Uncle Bob at our family events. I have very fond memories and there are so many funny, endearing, and crazy stories to tell! :) But I think I will miss his welcoming smile and "Hello There!" the most whenever we'd come out to the farm to see him. He and Aunt Margie always made me feel welcome and at home and I will forever be grateful to them for taking Sandi and I in that awful day when my dad was in a terrible accident and my brother and mom were at the hospital. They were going to love and get their nieces through such a terrrible time and they truly did. He was a compassionate man of God and he was loved by this niece.

Amanda and family,

The passing of a family member is hard to go through and painfull, as time passes it will ease your pain. I'm truly sorry for your loss.

Dear Aunt Marge and Family,

My condolences on your loss. Uncle Bob lived a very full and accomplished life as evidenced by his obituary. He will be dearly missed.

Spending time with Uncle Bob was always fun and memorable. I still remember the trip to Poppy's wedding together to Canada where he chauffered us about the eastern half of Canada! His enthusiasm for life and trying new things was one of the greatest life lessons he taught me.

On a humerous note, I will forever remember Uncle Bob behind the counter flipping pancakes at the Plainfield Breaktast egging me to eat more! Same can be said for the FFA Crab Feed and the Lobster Dinner we had in PEI. It was always a blessing to be in his presence.

Love Always.

I have wonderful memories of Uncle Bob over the years. My earliest memories are of him hooking Jingle Bells to the cart and Brenda giving me and all the cousins a ride. It was so fun! Uncle Bob invited all of us cousins to their house for swimming in the pool. I also toured around Arizona with him and Aunt Margie a couple of times. He even drove me to a couple of wedding stores in Arizona when I was shopping for our wedding! I love Uncle Bob and I'm going to miss him.
