I just found out tonight, the beautiful woman for whom I am named had died. She was my aunt, and she visited every summer from NY, with Uncle Johnny, Eric and Sherry. I looked forward to every summer when they would come for a few weeks. I learned so much from her growing up. And I enjoyed spending time with her as an adult. I have missed her these last few years and I tried to get to the Northeast to visit, but illness kept me home. She brought love, and laughter with her whereever she went. My sons adored her, and Uncle Johnny too. RIP Aunt Katherine. Much love always, Catherine Bergmann

Kaye (as I remember her) will be missed and was loved greatly. She was a very strong willed woman, which I loved and a very giving caring person which I appreciated. My love and prayers go to John, her husband who loved her deeply. I also extend my love and prayers to Sherry & Eric her children... Especially to Sherry who I have a great bond with being her daughter-in-law and also share the lost of a mother. No words can say how deep that pain is but ones family and love brings some comfort. We love you Kaye and rest in peace. Xoxox
