Holly, family and Schuler family...I was very saddened to hear of Lyles passing today. My grandmother was the cook at Twin Lakes Mountain Lodge for years with Ann and Herb. I lived with my grandma in my teens and think Lyle was was about 10 years older then me but had met him on several occasions when he would visit his parents. My grandmother Rhoda who worked there as I mentioned adored Lyle!! I remember him being just a happy person who loved life and others. It was a pleasure to have met him. I moved away to another state 22 years ago and hadn't seen him for sometime but I'll always remember him and his parents as we lived across the street from them. I was glad to read that he met married and had a child Holly. I'm so sorry for you and your sons loss. I can just say that all these years later I remembered him with great fondness. God bless.

Lyle was my trainer and co-worker at a club in Poughkeepsie in the early eighties. I followed him to MAC and was rewarded for it by seeing and talking with him regularly. He was always an inspiration both professionally and personally. The world is a lesser place without him. My most heartfelt condolences to his beloved family.

A great loss ...always smiled and was so kind...validated people when they walked into his space which showed such confidence and respect. Thank you Lyle for being so kind and supportive to my daughter when she was a shy teenager and you gave her a chance. Thank you. Stand with the stars and rest in peace my friend. <3 Thank you so much again.
