Bashaw family I am sorry to hear of your father's passing. May God continue to comfort you with memories of him. Julia Halle williams
Mr. Bashaw was and always will be a awesome teacher and mentor in my life. I have many fond memories talking to him either at the Geneva pool, Geneva High or even at Frank's Finer Foods. A true gentle and kind man that Geneva residents loved and cherished. He will be missed but always remembered fondly.
...a great dad, devoted husband and a really good friend to all that knew him. Truly one of the 'good guys' and he will be missed by all.

I had Mr. Bashaw as a teacher in the early seventies. He was very understated but got the point across. Mrs. Bashaw was brilliant as a teacher once you got to know her. She was bullied as a substitute but was a very intelligent woman and deserved more respect than she got. I learned a lot about life from them both.
A True Legend and wonderful man!!
One of the kindest and most patient men I've ever met. Your a Dad left you a great legacy. My condolences.
A fine man who helped mold the youth of Geneva. We will miss him but his spirit will live forever in all the peoples lives he touched. My fondest memories are from his summers at the pool. I can see him now doing the daily water checks while we swam about in our glorious youthful summers. Rest in Peace Mr. Bashaw.
I knew and taught with Chuck at the Middle School for many, many years. He was a fine, upstanding, trusting, humble man who I was proud to know. God bless you, Chuck.
My Condolence to Mr.B's family, so many memories of him through out the years from the 60's-90's wonderful person
